Daniel, I have read that phosphates interfere with the absorption of calcium and that diet colas can cause osteoporosis. I feel pretty sad because I have drunk them for many years. The FDA said it was ok. But, a lot of stuff they said that was ok has proven to be wrong.

Daniel, it might be the phosphate. I have been buying Zevia diet colas at Whole Foods. They don't have the phosphates in them. Stevia is used as an artificial sweetner.

Tracey, if it is the caramel coloring, why wouldn't the researchers see the same effect with regular colas? I think they do need to isolate the different artificial sweetners. This is the only research that makes a lot of sense. Aspertame as an excitotoxin, can destroy brain cells.

Could it be that the mother may have had less patience to begin with? Could it be that some mothers preceive behavior as worse than it really is?

I don't think Jade was too sensitive. Her husband needs to choose between her and his friends. It doesn't sound like his friends are quality people. Where did integrity go? I'm talking about her husband's friends. Laura is a doctor and a counselor. Her caller deserved more sensitivity from her.

Secret, it depends on what the beef was fed and how many antibiotics and hormones were added. Actually organic beef has as many Omega 3s as fish- and probably without the mercury.
